What local students say

Love this gym! My morning classes with Rissa (Mobility Yoga) and Jennifer (Gentle Yoga) have made my core stronger and my joints much more nimble and flexible. Thank you both for your excellent pointers…always gently guiding my form into the correct places. I feel welcomed and well supported in both classes.

By far the best of the two aerial gyms I’ve tried! The teachers here are fabulous. When I started out ten months ago I had no strength and couldn’t even get up into the apparatus; now I’m easily climbing silks to the top!

Kat is such a phenomenal instructor, and the space is intimate and cozy. I loved the flow foundations class. She made sure everyone was given the attention they needed to learn each move and spent time on technique before teaching choreo.
