“My daughter (age 7) took the keiki aerial yoga class and I took the adult aerial yoga later during our vacation.”

From the reviews
This is a sweet space. We took a Hula Basics class, which was just lovely! I was expecting the arm moves and steps (tho hadn’t realized how challenging it would be to combine the two), but hadn’t expected the teacher to play the ukulele and sing the songs we danced to.
I just love this Studio, I met the owner when it first opened, about 12 years ago. We bonded about being DanceStudio owners. I had just retired from teaching Dance and closed my studio in Florida. I had just moved back to Hawaii, and I was reaching out to the Dance community to connect and make friends.
I come here for aerial yoga class. It’s been a year and half since I practice aerial yoga. I booked the class from the website, it takes me to a booking platform where it shows schedule of all classes. I took the AIReal Yoga with Katharine. She is very kind, sweet and helpful.
Still and Moving Center offers such a wide variety of classes. I love all the instructors and know that whatever class I take, the instructor will be knowledgeable, it will be well run and I will benefit from participating in it.
Your first pole class at Still & Moving Center
Nervous about your first pole class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects total beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. You don't need to be strong, flexible, or thin to start — pole builds all of that, and your first class is about learning to spin, walk the pole, and hold on, not inverting on day one. What to expect: a warm-up, some conditioning, and a few basic spins or a short combo — it's a real full-body workout, so expect to sweat and to feel it in your arms and core the next day. Rest whenever you need to; no one is watching or judging. What to wear: shorts and a tank or sports bra — bare skin on your arms, legs, and stomach is what grips the pole, so save the leggings for aerial or floorwork. Skip the lotion the day of class; it makes the pole slippery. Grip aids: most studios keep grip liquid (Dry Hands / iTac) on hand, and knee pads make floorwork comfy — ask at the front desk. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people leave their first class already planning the next one.
