From the reviews
I’ve been checking out their social media posts and finally checked out the studio! You’re welcomed by their friendly staff and you can see how unique this concept is. They’ve got some nice merch and several classes to keep you fit for the new years! I was thrilled to hear they have programs for kids too!
I was able to sign up for an unlimited monthly pass at the Goodyear location to test it out, and I’m now hooked! I truly believe this is one of the best ways to get a full body workout and gain a new skill. I can feel my body getting stronger and my flexibility is improving!
I had my first class yesterday with Matt and it was fabulous! He was clear, informative, and attentive throughout class. And bonus he made it a whole lot of fun! I really didn't know what to expect going in but loved every minute of it. I went back this morning for class with Shannon and it was exactly what I needed.
FINALLY! Air aerial is here to the West Valley! A new and fun way to work out and feel empowered!! The owner and staff are such amazing and fitness passionate people who love helping everyone find confidence and enjoyment with their fitness routines!
Your first pole class at AIR® Aerial Fitness - Goodyear
Nervous about your first pole class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects total beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. You don't need to be strong, flexible, or thin to start — pole builds all of that, and your first class is about learning to spin, walk the pole, and hold on, not inverting on day one. What to expect: a warm-up, some conditioning, and a few basic spins or a short combo — it's a real full-body workout, so expect to sweat and to feel it in your arms and core the next day. Rest whenever you need to; no one is watching or judging. What to wear: shorts and a tank or sports bra — bare skin on your arms, legs, and stomach is what grips the pole, so save the leggings for aerial or floorwork. Skip the lotion the day of class; it makes the pole slippery. Grip aids: most studios keep grip liquid (Dry Hands / iTac) on hand, and knee pads make floorwork comfy — ask at the front desk. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people leave their first class already planning the next one.
