From the reviews
my friend and i took a class through class pass and we loved it so much we decided to get an unlimited membership here. the studio has the cutest decor and a projector that makes all my pole dancing/hammock vids look really nice! the owner Jess has created a warm, welcoming space for people of all backgrounds.
Aerial and The Cheeky Peach community are completely life changing. Every woman you meet is so diverse, supportive, and beautiful in their own unique way. It’s more than just dance classes! You learn what your body is capable of, make amazing friends, and feel great about yourself.
I love the Peach. The teachers are talented and experienced in their craft. They are also kind, welcoming and they always make me feel safe and comfortable. I get to meet new people who are like minded and fun to be around but also people who care about the community which I love.
I love the instructors here! They are very patient, fun, and knowledgeable of their craft. The only reason I took off a star is because of the studio. I wish the pole room was completely separate from where the hammock, and other aerial skills take place so that I can hear different music.
Your first pole class at The Cheeky Peach Lake Ronkonkoma
Nervous about your first pole class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects total beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. You don't need to be strong, flexible, or thin to start — pole builds all of that, and your first class is about learning to spin, walk the pole, and hold on, not inverting on day one. What to expect: a warm-up, some conditioning, and a few basic spins or a short combo — it's a real full-body workout, so expect to sweat and to feel it in your arms and core the next day. Rest whenever you need to; no one is watching or judging. What to wear: shorts and a tank or sports bra — bare skin on your arms, legs, and stomach is what grips the pole, so save the leggings for aerial or floorwork. Skip the lotion the day of class; it makes the pole slippery. Grip aids: most studios keep grip liquid (Dry Hands / iTac) on hand, and knee pads make floorwork comfy — ask at the front desk. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people leave their first class already planning the next one.
