From the reviews
Studio Eden is my favorite studio, it’s so perfectly named because it truly feels like a small slice of paradise every time I step in. From the clean, sun-filled days to the gorgeous lighting at night, the space reflects the owner, warm and welcoming, and every instructor is so incredibly talented and kind.
I was really nervous about finding a new pole studio, but after attending my first class, I already feel so much more confident and comfortable at Studio Eden. Everyone has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the start. Ashley made the enrollment process seamless and stress-free and is super responsive!
Just finished a intro to pole 4 week series with Ashley. TLDR it’s amazing and you should check it out. I’ve taken some intro pole classes around town but this is by far the best one. Ashley is an incredible teacher and she highlights the smallest details that make the biggest difference in your technique.
I absolutely love this studio and every single instructor I’ve had classes with here. The natural lighting in there is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen in a studio. I’ve had the pleasure to learn and train with Ashley, Kennedy, and Kira. They are the absolute best and have so much patience with us students.
Your first pole class at Studio Eden - Pole Sanctuary
Nervous about your first pole class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects total beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. You don't need to be strong, flexible, or thin to start — pole builds all of that, and your first class is about learning to spin, walk the pole, and hold on, not inverting on day one. What to expect: a warm-up, some conditioning, and a few basic spins or a short combo — it's a real full-body workout, so expect to sweat and to feel it in your arms and core the next day. Rest whenever you need to; no one is watching or judging. What to wear: shorts and a tank or sports bra — bare skin on your arms, legs, and stomach is what grips the pole, so save the leggings for aerial or floorwork. Skip the lotion the day of class; it makes the pole slippery. Grip aids: most studios keep grip liquid (Dry Hands / iTac) on hand, and knee pads make floorwork comfy — ask at the front desk. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people leave their first class already planning the next one.
