The classes they teach
“The class accommodates up to 12 people I think and you learn how to stretch and strengthen using large silk hammocks that are suspended from the ceilings.”
“The added bonus is the instructors and people there are really nice and very helpful so whether you're a beginner or advance athlete, you'll love it and be addicted to it like me.”

From the reviews
Believe Fitness Studio is my happy place. I have a blast doing aerial yoga with Kristen. I am getting stronger while having fun! Everyone is so friendly and I am learning so much. I am always encouraged to push what I thought I could do and I am always surprised at the end of class by what I am capable of!
I got a month's pass of unlimited classes and am halfway through. Being completely new to aerial I was a bit apprehensive before trying all these new classes, but having did, I can say that the instructors and gym itself are amazing! The instructors are very personable and fun, making the experience very welcoming.
I love this place! I've taken a lot of the classes offered and I feel like I have learned so much from each. I am more flexible, I enjoy what is being done and the trainers are very attentive and sweet. I would recommend Believe Fitness Studio to anyone.
Really? no one has reviewed Believe yet?? I do not even live in Los Angeles anymore but whenever I come to visit, I LOVE to spend time at Believe. I take the Anti Gravity Yoga classes and TRX. My sibling takes the pole class and Anti-Grav.
Your first pole class at Believe Fitness Studio
Nervous about your first pole class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects total beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. You don't need to be strong, flexible, or thin to start — pole builds all of that, and your first class is about learning to spin, walk the pole, and hold on, not inverting on day one. What to expect: a warm-up, some conditioning, and a few basic spins or a short combo — it's a real full-body workout, so expect to sweat and to feel it in your arms and core the next day. Rest whenever you need to; no one is watching or judging. What to wear: shorts and a tank or sports bra — bare skin on your arms, legs, and stomach is what grips the pole, so save the leggings for aerial or floorwork. Skip the lotion the day of class; it makes the pole slippery. Grip aids: most studios keep grip liquid (Dry Hands / iTac) on hand, and knee pads make floorwork comfy — ask at the front desk. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people leave their first class already planning the next one.
