From the reviews
Left the lovely review below after a few classes. Then just got a call our daughter can no longer take classes. I am very upset. This is unfair as she and us did nothing wrong. I am not a fan of how our daughter is not allowed to take classes anywhere we can go with her.
I am so, so happy there is a pole studio easily accessible to Parker! I love it here. All of the classes are so fun- it’s one of those places you get in a really good workout without feeling like you’re working out because you’re having too much fun. Yet I feel myself getting stronger each class.
I've gone here a few times now and the teachers here are absolute fantastic! Mandy (the owner) is very friendly and definitely creates positive, welcoming environment. I've also done Lyra w Jolene and she's great as well, very patient and laid back.
Had such a great experience at this studio. Will definitely be coming back for the experience and vibes alone. Not to mention D out liquid motion/pole Instructor was fabulous. She exceeded all expectations. She makes you feel at home and comfortable.
Your first pole class at Auria Aerial Fitness
Nervous about your first pole class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects total beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. You don't need to be strong, flexible, or thin to start — pole builds all of that, and your first class is about learning to spin, walk the pole, and hold on, not inverting on day one. What to expect: a warm-up, some conditioning, and a few basic spins or a short combo — it's a real full-body workout, so expect to sweat and to feel it in your arms and core the next day. Rest whenever you need to; no one is watching or judging. What to wear: shorts and a tank or sports bra — bare skin on your arms, legs, and stomach is what grips the pole, so save the leggings for aerial or floorwork. Skip the lotion the day of class; it makes the pole slippery. Grip aids: provided here — a little Dry Hands or iTac helps you stick, and knee pads make floorwork comfy. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people leave their first class already planning the next one.
