From the reviews
We had an absolutely wonderful time at Aerial Warehouse. The instructors were so helpful and patient. We were on vacation in LA, so my son and daughter both participated in a week long camp. They couldn't stop raving about all the activities they did and all of the fun they had.
Brought my four year old here for one of their kids classes and she had an absolute blast! The facility is phenomenal and the instructors are so awesome with the kids. I definitely be brining her back as well as looking into some adult classes for myself.
An incredible place for kids and adults who love to fly, tumblr, spin, flip and climb. This place is a beautiful gym and the coaches are all so nice and helpful no matter what level you’re at. I highly recommend it. Both my kids train here. So fun!!
Aerial Warehouse Arizona is the BEST aerial studio for kids in the Valley. Miss Shana is absolutely amazing and she's assembled an all-star group of coaches who are patient and encouraging with kids of all ages and skill levels. But that doesn't even touch the unique culture she's created.
Your first pole class at Aerial Ovation
Nervous about your first pole class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects total beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. You don't need to be strong, flexible, or thin to start — pole builds all of that, and your first class is about learning to spin, walk the pole, and hold on, not inverting on day one. What to expect: a warm-up, some conditioning, and a few basic spins or a short combo — it's a real full-body workout, so expect to sweat and to feel it in your arms and core the next day. Rest whenever you need to; no one is watching or judging. What to wear: shorts and a tank or sports bra — bare skin on your arms, legs, and stomach is what grips the pole, so save the leggings for aerial or floorwork. Skip the lotion the day of class; it makes the pole slippery. Grip aids: most studios keep grip liquid (Dry Hands / iTac) on hand, and knee pads make floorwork comfy — ask at the front desk. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people leave their first class already planning the next one.
