What local students say

If you're looking for a sign to start your pole fitness journey, this is it! I've been dancing at this studio for a little under 3 months now (4 classes a month!) and I absolutely adore it! From it's supportive instructors, inclusive atmosphere, and flexible schedule, this studio really is amazing!

Been a student for over 2 years. Love the instructors. Great atmosphere. Friendly. I’m 75 and always feel welcomed by all the instructors and much younger students. I do pole dancing. Everyone should take some kind of class here. It is so much fun.

Thoroughly enjoyed and grateful for my time with DAC. Mistia, Jen, and the the staff have worked incredibly hard to create an syllabus and training style that work for any body type, any gender, and any experience level.
