I’ve been going to Dimension since thing began opening back up from Covid. My first time there I was met with open arms. My first instructor was Ambrosia and she was amazing! She introduced herself and even lent me a paid of knee pads for liquid motion.

Loved it serious workout, can't wait to get better, & do more classes!.. kinda hard to see from the road, look for the wig shop and there is a door on left side of that building! Would recommend to anyone. I
