I’ve been going to Dimension since thing began opening back up from Covid. My first time there I was met with open arms. My first instructor was Ambrosia and she was amazing! She introduced herself and even lent me a paid of knee pads for liquid motion.
I love Dimension Fitness! I started taking classes a year ago with absolutely no aerial experience or upper body strength. My first class was definitely a challenge, but the encouraging and welcoming atmosphere made me want to try again and I’m so glad I did, because I’ve been hooked ever since.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this gym. Everything about this place from their body empowerment, inclusive environment and their amazing instructors. I celebrated my birthday there in 2019 doing a pole fitness class and ever since I have randomly been coming.
10/10 This place is spectacular, amazing, fantastic... I could go on and on. I love Dimension Fitness not just for the aerials (which are so much fun), but also the people. Heather, the owner, is so caring and hilarious. We become family. Your instructors care about your safety, your growth, and about you as a person!
