The classes they teach
“It tested my core and upper body strength, and I had a great time laughing along with the rest of the class as we tried to hit the moves and poses with grace.”
“I had never done anything like this and I’m so glad I tried it, I love it now.”
“Stay hydrated because the upside down and spinning on the silks can cause some lite dizziness.”
“I thoroughly recommend the aerial yoga beginners class.”

“We had an amazing time at Libre Aerial Fitness as part of my bachelorette weekend!”
“1st, the interior is super cute and it's 2 stories so like the 2nd floor is there rest room and locker room.”
“I’m used to boutique studios having a warm, inviting environment from the moment you walk in, so I didn’t quite feel that here.”
What students say again and again
“The location is clean and certainly instagram worthy, staff allows you to take videos and pictures.”
“I took the 9:30am hot Pilates class- was actually my first time at this studio and just so happened to be their 1 year anniversary so they gave us matcha and flowers!”
“‼️Only downside is just how judgy front desk are with you not the friendliest people but instructors are always great!”
“Aerial fitness is definitely harder than it looks (also made me a little nauseous with the upside down moves), but it was such a fun and empowering workout.”
“Did the 8:30am hot yogilates class with Sydney, which kicked my butt.”
From the reviews
I thoroughly recommend the aerial yoga beginners class. I did originally have an issue, but Anita was very helpful in resolving my issues and communicating with me to resolve my concerns. I also highly recommend Miranda she is truly the most patient and talented woman I’ve ever met.
I absolutely love this place so much that I can call it a second home! The best Pilates, Yoga and Aerial instructors! Great location! Clean restrooms and studio in general! You should go and try the classes to feel another level of freedom and spark your curiosity with something new if you haven’t try aerial!
I loved my class today! I took it with Emily Butler, she’s a sub there but literally coming back to take her again! killed us in the best way possible!!! I love this studio! ‼️Only downside is just how judgy front desk are with you not the friendliest people but instructors are always great!
Did the 8:30am hot yogilates class with Sydney, which kicked my butt. It was about 10 of us in the class. The class was challenging with long sequences and fast movements, all in a heated room. You will sweat! Lots of planking and downward dog, which was not great for my wrists.
Your first pole class at Libre // Aerial Fitness + Pilates
Nervous about your first pole class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects total beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. You don't need to be strong, flexible, or thin to start — pole builds all of that, and your first class is about learning to spin, walk the pole, and hold on, not inverting on day one. What to expect: a warm-up, some conditioning, and a few basic spins or a short combo — it's a real full-body workout, so expect to sweat and to feel it in your arms and core the next day. Rest whenever you need to; no one is watching or judging. What to wear: shorts and a tank or sports bra — bare skin on your arms, legs, and stomach is what grips the pole, so save the leggings for aerial or floorwork. Skip the lotion the day of class; it makes the pole slippery. Grip aids: most studios keep grip liquid (Dry Hands / iTac) on hand, and knee pads make floorwork comfy — ask at the front desk. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people leave their first class already planning the next one.
