From the reviews
I have been to probably a dozen studios in my time and I can honestly say that I have never been to one that provides so much space between the apparatus. Not only are the poles 14’ tall but there is a good 10’ between each of them and the BIGGEST wall of continuous mirrors I’ve ever seen!
This studio is literally my favorite. You can tell that the owner is an aerialist herself just because of how thoughtfully designed it is. One of my favorite things is how easy it is to rig any apparatus, and also sooo easy to adjust the height. As someone who’s been doing hoop for 4+ years this place is my everything.
I have nothing but high praises for this business. This is a well rounded studio but I'd especially recommend it to anyone thinking of trying aerial arts for the first time. Their costumer service is superb. I've always received timely responses and the policies are fair and easily accessible.
I've been to every showcase they're such an amazing experience, very elegant performances. They have snacks, drinks and the most wonderful instructors and students. Very friendly, definitely recommend adults looking for a great pole fitness experience to take some classes you won't regret it.
Your first pole class at Jade X Fusion Fitness
Nervous about your first pole class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects total beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. You don't need to be strong, flexible, or thin to start — pole builds all of that, and your first class is about learning to spin, walk the pole, and hold on, not inverting on day one. What to expect: a warm-up, some conditioning, and a few basic spins or a short combo — it's a real full-body workout, so expect to sweat and to feel it in your arms and core the next day. Rest whenever you need to; no one is watching or judging. What to wear: shorts and a tank or sports bra — bare skin on your arms, legs, and stomach is what grips the pole, so save the leggings for aerial or floorwork. Skip the lotion the day of class; it makes the pole slippery. Grip aids: most studios keep grip liquid (Dry Hands / iTac) on hand, and knee pads make floorwork comfy — ask at the front desk. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people leave their first class already planning the next one.
