From the reviews
Studio is beautiful, aesthetic, and clean and well thought out! They even have pole grip and cleaner/towels if you didn’t bring your own, yoga mats and the best dang selfie sticks I’ve ever used. I ended up not even using my own. Oh and AC plus lots a fans for when you get hot.
Previously, I took pole classes at Infinity Aerial but i never found a new studio with a vibe i liked after they closed. I tried a class here for the first time today and I loved it!! They were very encouraging and welcoming here. I took the intro class and it was very laid back. Definitely will return!
This studio is such a vibe. The setup is so intentional and cute. I went for an open pole and a pole intro class. For being out of my comfort zone, I felt soo comfortable. The studio and the people are so welcoming and supportive. I loved the instruction and the breakdown of everything we did.
Me and my friend went here last weekend. We didn’t know what to expect and were a little nervous but when we walked it it was all good. The music was amazing and it was decorated so cute it was definitely a vibe and Nicci was so nice and helpful because we had no clue what we were doing.
Your first pole class at Flourish Aerial Motion & Wellness, LLC
Nervous about your first pole class? Almost everyone is — and a good studio expects total beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. You don't need to be strong, flexible, or thin to start — pole builds all of that, and your first class is about learning to spin, walk the pole, and hold on, not inverting on day one. What to expect: a warm-up, some conditioning, and a few basic spins or a short combo — it's a real full-body workout, so expect to sweat and to feel it in your arms and core the next day. Rest whenever you need to; no one is watching or judging. What to wear: shorts and a tank or sports bra — bare skin on your arms, legs, and stomach is what grips the pole, so save the leggings for aerial or floorwork. Skip the lotion the day of class; it makes the pole slippery. Grip aids: most studios keep grip liquid (Dry Hands / iTac) on hand, and knee pads make floorwork comfy — ask at the front desk. What to bring: water and a small towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and meet your instructor. It clicks fast — most people leave their first class already planning the next one.
